Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To respect both my time and other clients, please review the following policy before booking:
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the slot to another client.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 30% of the service price.
• No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be retained and you will no longer be able to book unless you prepay for 100% of the service for future bookings.
• Late Arrivals: A 10-15 minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later than this, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
• Emergency Cancellations: I understand that emergencies happen. If you have an urgent situation, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your options.
